We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below.
Via the contact form
Name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
Via the property valuation form
Identity, contact details (email, telephone) and information about the property concerned (address, property type, surface area, and any element you choose to provide).
Within the framework of a mandate (clients)
When a contractual relationship is entered into, we are required to collect proof of identity and the documents required by the regulations applicable to property transaction professionals, in particular in respect of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML-CFT).
Via browsing the website
Browsing and connection data, collected by means of cookies and audience measurement tools, under the conditions described in section 11.
The website does not offer a client area or user account creation.

5. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for the authorised staff of L’Agence M. To operate the website and our business, we use service providers (processors) that act on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Website hosting: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland)
- Email sending and delivery: Brevo (France, European Union)
- Audience measurement and form anti-bot protection: Google (Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA)
- Real estate management software: Apimo
Where applicable, certain data may be shared with the partners involved in a transaction (for example a notary or a diagnostics provider), strictly to the extent necessary to complete the operation.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
6. Transfers of data outside the European Union
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, which recognises a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
- Google (United States): transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Brevo: data is hosted within the European Union.

- right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
